The MALDI MS Facility at the University of Western Ontario is affiliated with both the BioCORE Facility and the Biology Mass Spectrometry Laboratory. Our equipment is designed to handle diverse analytical challenges. Our team possesses extensive experience in various MALDI MS applications, notably in imaging biological tissues, providing in-depth molecular spatial analyses for researchers.

Our facility delivers a broad spectrum of services to cater to diverse research needs. From comprehensive MS and MS/MS analysis to the precise identification and profiling of proteins using peptide mass fingerprinting and database matching, our expertise spans a wide range. We are also skilled in characterizing polymers and small molecules. A distinctive aspect of our offerings is imaging mass spectrometry, enabling visualization of molecular distributions in biological tissues.
